Project Responsibilities


- Convert approved client briefs into project plans covering scope, milestones, resources, dependencies and ownership
- Maintain the project schedule, action log and decision record throughout delivery
- Lead internal coordination meetings and issue clear notes, deadlines and follow-up actions
- Monitor resource use, approved campaign spending, project risks and change requests
- Quality-check campaign materials and deliverables before they are released
- Close completed projects by reconciling results, documenting lessons and preparing a final performance report
