Program Manager
New York, NY (Onsite Role)

Job Summary
- Collaborate with department leadership to develop, track, and implement transformational initiatives.
- Identify and resolve IT process improvement opportunities and operational bottlenecks.
- Lead efforts to enhance operational efficiency by formalizing and streamlining procedures and business processes.
- Conduct reviews of processes, SOPs, risk profiles, and SLAs to identify risks and opportunities.
- Support due diligence and operational reviews, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Prepare and present business cases, findings, benefits, and recommendations to various stakeholders.
- Compile and track departmental priorities; assist with work plan development, and monitor/report on key initiatives.
- Escalate issues to leadership when appropriate.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience in managing large IT-related programs.
- Assist in designing and implementing scorecards for productivity, service levels, quality, risk, and transaction costs.
- Apply change management techniques to drive organizational transformation.
- Utilize strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Work effectively in high-profile and high-pressure environments.
- Use advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements for technology solutions.
- Leverage prior experience in government agencies and management consulting.
- Apply LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements.
