Production Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Production Supervisor to lead 2nd shift manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met while fostering a positive and accountable team environment.





Key Responsibilities


- Supervise and coordinate work for 25 2nd shift production personnel to meet daily and weekly production goals
- Ensure adherence to safety policies and promote a strong safety-first culture
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and specifications are consistently achieved
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions as needed
- Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance performance and engagement
- Manage staffing levels, schedules, and employee attendance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality, and logistics
- Track and report key performance metrics such as productivity, scrap, and downtime
- Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures






Qualifications


- Bachelors degree in Operations Management, Business or other related field
- 1+ years of Production Supervisor leadership experience in manufacturing
- Continuous improvement and root cause analysis experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production setting
