Physician - Infectious Disease

Role Overview: The faculty member will support the expansion of transplant infectious disease (ID) services, engaging in clinical care, program development, teaching, quality improvement, and research activities.

• Participate in the transplant ID program, including inpatient consultations and outpatient encounters.
• Assist in patient selection for transplants and develop standardized care protocols.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives in transplant ID and establish a research agenda focused on immunocompromised patients.
• Design clinical studies and educate students, residents, and fellows in transplant ID.
• No research funding is required.

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. degree with board certification/eligibility in Infectious Disease and Transplant ID.
• Minimum of 3 years' transplant ID practice experience.
• Desire to work in a dynamic, evolving environment; licensed or eligible for licensure in Arizona.
