Boston Orthopaedic & Spine is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our new outpatient orthopedic team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist Assistant who is passionate about patient care, clinical excellence, and professional growth to join a collaborative, physician-integrated orthopedic practice. Position Overview

You will work closely with licensed Physical Therapists, orthopedic physicians, physician assistants, and therapy colleagues in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:


- Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises and functional activities to improve mobility, strength, endurance, and overall function.
- Apply appropriate modalities and manual techniques to support recovery and pain management.
- Observe, measure, and document patient progress, and communicate updates and concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe movement strategies.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and supportive clinic culture focused on high-quality, patient-centered care.


Qualifications:


- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility for licensure).
- Outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary orthopedic setting.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to teamwork and professional growth.
