Role Overview:



Seeking a skilled



Perfusionist



to support complex cardiac and non-cardiac procedures in a high-volume, level one trauma center. This role involves providing




cardiopulmonary and mechanical circulatory support



, including managing cardiopulmonary bypass, ventricular assist devices, and extracorporeal membrane systems. The Perfusionist will




administer pharmaceuticals, transfuse blood, troubleshoot advanced equipment



, and perform dynamic patient transports. They will also



design and participate in training programs



for staff and students, ensuring optimal patient care and safety.



Qualifications & Skills:





- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience; 2-5 years preferred
- Certifications: Clinical Perfusionist, Licensed Perfusionist, CPR; New Grad Provisional License acceptable
- Strong technical, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts in a fast-paced environment with complex cases





Key Duties:





- Support complex procedures with advanced perfusion techniques
- Evaluate and troubleshoot mechanical circulatory support devices
- Administer medications and blood products as supervised
- Coordinate patient transportation and procedural support
- Contribute to staff and student training programs
