Medical Technologist

Role:



Laboratory Supervisor responsible for overseeing quality diagnostic testing on various specimens.



Responsibilities:



Lead and supervise laboratory staff, ensure accurate and timely diagnostic testing, maintain quality control standards, and handle compliance with safety protocols.



Qualifications & Skills:



Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting up to 50 pounds, frequent movement, and assisting with patient care. Strong visual and auditory acuity with corrective aids. Ability to wear protective equipment and work in potentially infectious or hazardous environments.



Key Duties:



Perform laboratory tests, supervise test procedures, ensure safety and quality standards, and manage physical demands of the role including movement, standing, and bending.
