How you’ll make an impact in this role
• Lead the patient intake and registration process to ensure oncology patients experience a seamless, stress-free entry into our care system.
• Coordinate essential insurance authorizations and referrals to prevent delays in critical treatments and safeguard the patient’s financial journey.
• Facilitate a collaborative bridge between clinical teams and administrative staff to ensure every patient’s schedule is optimized for their specific care plan.
• Monitor clinic performance metrics and staffing levels to maintain a high standard of patient safety and operational excellence.
• Implement departmental goals and quality measures that directly improve the speed and accuracy of our patient access services.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
