We are seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join a Palliative Medicine team at a medical center.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing patients, establishing diagnoses, and implementing treatment plans
• Documenting thoroughly in electronic medical records
• Ordering, interpreting diagnostic tests, and prescribing appropriate therapies
• Monitoring and adjusting medications as needed
