0800-1600 (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), with a requirement to work two weekend shifts per month.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist to join our team in the Physical Therapy unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in in-patient rehabilitation and hospital settings. This role involves evaluating and treating patients with neuro and orthopedic conditions, ensuring comprehensive patient care throughout their recovery process.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide in-patient rehabilitation services for neuro and ortho patients.

• Conduct assessments and treatments in acute care settings including Orthopedic, Telemetry, and ICU.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) or Physical Therapist (PT) license; no temporary licenses accepted.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in rehabilitation settings.

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred.

• Certification in NDT or brain injury preferred.

Dress Code

Required attire includes sage green/olive scrub tops, black scrub pants, and sage green scrub jackets. Only white or black undershirts are permitted. Clean and healthy hair must be neatly styled, and body art should be covered whenever possible.
