The nurse will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality care. Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
- RN license required; no prior experience necessary, though 2+ years of ICU experience is preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work safely and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties:
- Deliver patient-centered care, including education on illness management and post-treatment needs.
- Participate in safety and quality initiatives, including regulatory compliance.
- Develop and communicate comprehensive care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Assess physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs, respecting patient preferences.
- Maintain safety-sensitive standards, demonstrating alertness and safe practice at all times.
