Job Title: Oncology Nurse Manager

Summary:
Seeking experienced Nurse Managers to provide clinical and operational leadership for oncology nursing teams. This role involves overseeing daily nursing operations, supporting clinical staff, maintaining high standards of patient care, and collaborating with physicians and leadership to ensure efficient oncology service delivery. This is a temporary-to-hire leadership opportunity for RNs interested in managing nursing operations within a dynamic oncology environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise oncology nursing staff, ensuring effective daily operations.
- Coach, mentor, and develop registered nurses and clinical team members.
- Coordinate staffing and coverage across multiple assigned locations.
- Maintain optimal staffing levels based on patient and operational requirements.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of nursing personnel.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered oncology care at all times.
- Collaborate with physicians and other departments to address operational and clinical needs.
- Monitor clinical workflows, identifying and implementing process improvements for efficiency and patient experience.
Qualifications:
- Active California RN license in good standing.
- Minimum 1 year of oncology experience required.
- Experience in nursing leadership, supervision, or management strongly preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of oncology patient care and clinical workflows.
- Proven ability to lead and develop clinical teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to support and travel to multiple locations within the assigned region as needed.
