Job Description
Position Overview: An experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner (NP) is sought to join a collaborative cancer care team in a scenic coastal community. The role involves outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding, and infusion center coverage within a well-established team of physicians and APPs.
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care, manage a typical patient volume of around 10 daily, and participate in a 4-day workweek schedule. The position offers strong mentorship, team support, and opportunities for professional growth.
Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of Hematology/Oncology APP experience required. The candidate should possess excellent clinical skills and a collaborative attitude.
Compensation & Benefits: Base salary between $190,000–$205,000 plus productivity bonuses. Benefits include paid time off, CME allowance, and a comprehensive healthcare package.
