Job Description
Role: Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the inpatient Oncology team
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive bedside care to oncology and hematology patients, including assessment, medication and chemotherapy administration (per credentials), symptom and pain management, and discharge planning. Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and support staff to ensure safe, evidence-based care.
Qualifications & Skills: Compassionate and team-oriented with a focus on patient-centered care. Strong clinical skills in oncology nursing, medication administration, and symptom management. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Key Duties: Deliver safe, high-quality care; support patient recovery and comfort; participate in clinical education; and contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
