Join our dynamic multi-disciplinary team as an Oncology Infusion Pharmacist, where you will play a vital role in ensuring safe and effective drug therapies for cancer patients. You will provide essential clinical drug information to a variety of stakeholders including physicians, nurses, patients, and other healthcare professionals. This position also involves participating in the training and education of staff, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

Required Qualifications:
• A degree from an accredited pharmacy school
• Washington Pharmacist License upon hire
Preferred Qualifications:
• Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP)
• PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency
• 2 years of pharmacist experience in an Outpatient Oncology Infusion Center
