We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Navigator RN to coordinate patient care at our Breast Center. This full-time position offers day shifts and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients in our community.
At our facility, recognized for excellence in clinical quality, you will play a vital role in patient advocacy and navigation through the healthcare system. Your responsibilities will involve supporting patients through screening and diagnostic evaluations, providing education, emotional care, and enhancing programs to improve patient care. Additionally, the RN Navigator will offer education to general surgery patients.

Required Qualifications:
• California Registered Nurse License (upon hire)
• Current National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association (upon hire)
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification (upon hire)
• 3 years of outpatient experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience in oncology

Job Location: Providence Saint John's Health Center, 2121 Santa Monica Blvd, Santa Monica, CA
Pay Range: $56.50 - $90.33. This range reflects base pay, with additional compensation opportunities available.
