Job Description
Role: Registered Nurse in the Oncology Infusion team.
Key Responsibilities
Administer chemotherapy and biologic infusions with precision and care.
Manage central lines and perform comprehensive patient assessments.
Coordinate complex care plans for oncology patients.
Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures and care.
Monitor for adverse reactions and respond appropriately.
Collaborate effectively with physicians, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary team members.
Qualifications And Skills
Current RN licensure.
Strong understanding of oncology treatments and infusion therapy.
Excellent communication and patient education skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
