Your Role:
• Assess patient conditions upon admission and during shifts, recognizing and reporting changes timely.
• Perform medical procedures and document care accurately in patient records.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for responses, responding swiftly to any issues.
• Educate patients and families on medical conditions, care plans, and medications to ensure clarity and understanding.
Qualifications:
• Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing is required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Licensure: Must hold a current registered nurse license with the North Carolina Board of Nursing; eNLC license applicable.
• Experience: A minimum of one year of nursing experience is required.
• Preferred: National certification in the specialty area.
