Role: Oncology Clinical Nurse Coordinator
Responsibilities
Coordinate comprehensive cancer care in a patient-centered environment.
Perform thorough assessments and manage symptoms of oncology patients.
Ensure the safe delivery of chemotherapy in collaboration with oncologists and the care team.
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and procedures.
Support treatment planning and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
Knowledge of oncology treatments and symptom management.
Strong communication and patient education skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Attention to detail in clinical documentation and patient care.
