The LPN or LPN-Graduate Nurse Resident provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or direction of a licensed or registered nurse.
They are responsible for maintaining patient rights, confidentiality, and coordinating care with other departments.
This role requires a graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and current licensure within the state.
The position involves physical demands such as lifting, standing, walking, and reaching.
Experience Is Preferred But Not Mandatory.
Basic Life Support certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
