OB/GYN (Obstetrics & Gynecology) Generalist

Quick Facts Role: OB/GYN Generalist Schedule: Monday–Friday clinic/office schedule with rounding time built in Scope: Full-scope GYN care including office services, deliveries, and inpatient/outpatient surgical procedures (including minimally invasive/robotics) Description Provide comprehensive women’s health services to the community, including office visits, deliveries, and inpatient/outpatient procedures. Work within an autonomous ambulatory practice model supported by in-house diagnostics, support teams, and access to GYN-Oncology, Perinatology, and NICU physicians. Practice with a quality-based compensation model and bonus eligibility. Responsibilities Deliver full-scope OB/GYN care across outpatient and inpatient settings Provide office services, deliveries, and surgical procedures Perform major and minor GYN procedures including minimally invasive surgery with robotics Coordinate care with specialty physicians (GYN-Oncology, Perinatology, NICU) Requirements Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or New York application in process Board Certification or board eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology Active and unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start Benefits Guaranteed competitive compensation model based on quality (base pay plus bonus eligibility) Robust retirement offerings including employer-funded contributions and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD CME and malpractice coverage
