Job Summary
Seeking a Nurse Supervisor to provide leadership and oversight in outpatient rehabilitation settings. You will
develop and implement personalized patient care programs, serve as a liaison between administration and staff, and
supervise nursing care, treatment, and services. Your role includes monitoring staff performance, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.
Building meaningful relationships with patients to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs is essential. You will
also assume patient care duties when necessary, ensuring quality care delivery.
Qualifications
• Current RN licensure as per state regulations
• BSN preferred, with certification in ACLS within one year
• CRRN certification within one year of eligibility
• Minimum of two years recent inpatient hospital experience
• Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or lead role, responsible for staff and patient outcomes
