Job Description
This role is for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a GI Oncology team in Phoenix, AZ.
Responsibilities include: conducting assessments, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, formulating diagnoses, developing and implementing treatment plans, monitoring therapy effectiveness, prescribing medications, applying non-pharmacological therapies, and providing patient counseling and education.
Qualifications: requires 1-2 years of NP/PA experience, active BLS and ACLS certification, DEA registration, and specific licensing depending on the role.
Skills: strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills, along with effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Additional details: full-time schedule, Monday to Friday days, no weekends or call, with opportunities for career growth.
