We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct In-home Health Evaluations for members of Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plans.
In these visits, you will perform a thorough medication and medical history review, along with a physical evaluation, all within the comfort of a member's home. This role allows NP contractors to earn a competitive wage, potentially supplementing their current income while balancing personal and clinical commitments. You will receive a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation, and please note that this position does not involve prescribing medication, ordering lab tests, or modifying existing treatment plans.
