We are seeking talented physician (MD/DO) contractors to perform In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.

These evaluations encompass a comprehensive medication and medical history review, alongside a physical examination conducted in the member's home. Our physician contractors can earn competitive compensation while balancing personal and clinical commitments. Each evaluation comes with a pre-populated, patient-specific form, and note that you will not prescribe medication, order lab tests, or modify existing treatment plans.

This is a fantastic opportunity for resident physicians looking to supplement their income or for experienced physicians desiring a more relaxed pace in their practice.
