Nurse Practitioner

Hiring: Nurse Manager | Janesville, WI

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Manager to oversee clinical care and nursing operations within our facility. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, effective staff management, and ongoing education and development of the nursing team.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the clinical care of all residents and ensure quality standards are consistently maintained.
• Ensure continued adherence to federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
• Manage and provide oversight of all nursing staff.
• Plan, organize, supervise, and evaluate healthcare services provided throughout the facility.
• Ensure all department staff receive appropriate training and education to effectively perform their required duties.
• Support a culture focused on quality care, resident well-being, and professional development.

Qualifications
• 3–5 years of Nurse Management experience preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and staff-management skills.
• Experience overseeing clinical operations and nursing teams is preferred.
