Job Description
Must be a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB or hold Nuclear Medicine certification ARRT(N) and have a minimium of 1+ years Nuclear Medicine experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications And Requirements
• Current ARRT or NMTCB certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology
• Active or pending Illinois state radiology license
• Valid BLS certification
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in nuclear medicine imaging
• Previous experience working in a Level 1 Trauma setting, demonstrating a strong ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
Key Responsibilities
• Perform high-quality diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures safely and accurately in accordance with established protocols
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients, monitoring for reactions and providing thorough explanations of procedures
• Collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, and the broader care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment and adhere to strict safety and infection control measures
• Accurately document patient data and imaging results in the electronic medical record system
• Demonstrate empathy and strong communication skills to ensure patient comfort and understanding throughout procedures
