Chargate Windley Advisory is hiring a Mid-Level Dermatology & Emergency Medicine Colon Care Nurse for Clinical Research in Azle, Tarrant County. This is a full time position.
What you will do
• Keep clinical records complete and contemporaneous for every episode of care.
• Use clinical information systems accurately, including coding and ordering.
• Support families through difficult decisions and end of life care.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate each patient's pathway.
• Follow infection prevention practice on every contact without exception.
• Administer prescribed treatment accurately and record every dose given.
• Prepare patients for procedures and support recovery afterwards.
