Job Description
VITAS Healthcare in Connecticut is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for hospice care to coordinate and deliver end-of-life services.
You will assess needs, coordinate the interdisciplinary plan of care, and support patients and families with compassionate palliation.
The role requires current RN licensure in the state, and at least two years of hospice, home health, or community nursing experience.
