Join a Growing Cancer Program!
We invite skilled Medical Oncology/Hematology professionals to be part of our expanding service line, where you can make a significant impact on patient care.
Position Highlights:
• Specialty: Medical Oncology / Hematology
• Patient Volume: 12-15 outpatient visits per day
• Infusion Volume: 18-24 patients per day
• Schedule: Fridays, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Includes protected administrative time
• Inpatient/Outpatient mix with support from Advanced Practice Providers
• Call: 1:3 to 1:5 rotation with weekend rounding
Requirements:
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Medical Oncology (Hematology certification is a plus)
• Eligible for medical licensure in Nebraska
Compensation & Incentives:
• Base Salary: $550,000 - $600,000 + Production Bonus
• Quality Bonus: Up to 3% of base salary
• Sign-On/Relocation Bonus: $15,000 - $25,000
• Student Loan Support: $20,000/year for 3 years with negotiable options for education loan forgiveness
