Medical Oncology Physician

Join Intermountain Health as a Medical Oncology Physician at our new clinic in Saratoga Springs, Utah, with an anticipated opening in September 2026. In this role, you will provide quality care alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in an outpatient setting with inpatient consult responsibilities. You will be supported by a comprehensive team and infrastructure designed to help patients navigate their cancer care successfully.

• Practice at Saratoga Spring Clinic in Saratoga Springs, Utah

• Outpatient clinical practice with inpatient consult responsibilities

• Inpatient oncology services are managed by hospitalist service

• Team approached care with care managers available to help patients navigate their cancer care

• Outpatient and inpatient palliative care team support

• Oncology urgent care clinic available to patients

• The Saratoga Spring site has 10 exam rooms and 18 infusion chairs

• Office is staffed with medical assistance, nurse navigator, social worker, dieticians and front office staff

Compensation

• $50,000 sign-on bonus

• Up to $20,000 in relocation assistance

• Student loan allowance up to $75,000 repayment when applicable

• Residency stipend allowance not to exceed $36,000, if applicable

• $7.25 - $999.99 hourly range

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine

• Residency training in Medical Oncology or Hematology and Oncology

• Board certification or eligibility in Medical Oncology or Hematology

• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one

• Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one

• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
