We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Oncologist/Hematologist to become part of our growing team. If you are dedicated to providing excellent patient care and want to contribute to an innovative cancer program, we want to hear from you!
• Why Join Us:
• Expanding Medical Oncology/Hematology service line.

Position Overview:
• Specialty: Medical Oncology / Hematology
• Patient Volume: 12-15 patients/day (outpatient visits)
• Infusion Volume: 18-24 patients/day
• Schedule: Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Administrative Time: Protected administrative time included
• Coverage: Inpatient/outpatient mix with APP support for call coverage
• Call Schedule: 1:3 to 1:5 rotation with weekend rounding

Requirements:
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Medical Oncology (and Hematology, if applicable)
• Eligible for Nebraska medical licensure

Compensation & Incentives:
• Competitive salary: $550,000- $600,000 + Production bonus
• Quality Bonus: Up to 3% of base salary
• Sign-On / Relocation Bonus: $15,000-$25,000
• Student Loan Support: $20,000/year for 3 years (including negotiable education loan forgiveness options)
