Medical GI/Head and Neck Oncologist

Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, a world-renowned tertiary medical center within the Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) system, is seeking a full-time Medical Oncologist specializing in Gastrointestinal and Head and Neck Cancers. • Dual-site focus at LHMC Burlington and the free-standing Cancer Center at Lahey Medical Center Peabody.

• Access to excellent administrative support and dedicated nurse navigation.

• State-of-the-art infusion, radiation oncology, genetics, and in-house next-generation sequencing (NGS).

• LHMC is a main member of SWOG and NRG, maintaining a robust clinical research program.

• A multi-disciplinary group practice of over 600 physicians.

• 317-bed facility and Level I Trauma Center.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a regional expert in GI and head and neck cancers within the BILH Cancer Network.

• Faculty role training UMass-Chan medical students and LHMC internal medicine residents.

• Serve as a Core Faculty Member for the new LHMC Hematology-Oncology fellowship program.

Compensation

• Pay Range: $400,000 - $480,000 annual base salary.

• Eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include productivity and quality bonuses.

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Medical Oncology.

• Subspecialty focus/interest in GI and Head and Neck Oncology.
