Role Overview



This position involves supporting clinical operations in a healthcare setting by preparing exam rooms, assisting with procedures such as ECGs, immunizations, venipuncture, and specimen collection, and documenting medical information. The role requires maintaining a clean and stocked environment, managing supplies, and ensuring proper equipment handling and disposal of expired items. Effective communication with patients and care teams is essential to foster a positive experience. The candidate will participate in team meetings, follow office protocols, and perform delegated duties and specialty procedures.



Qualifications & Skills





- Current Medical Assistant certification or willingness to obtain one within 6 months
- CPR/BLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- Basic computer proficiency for charting and documentation
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize, and collaborate effectively
