Overview
Schedule: Monday-Friday; 7:00am-5:30pm
Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Licensed Vocational Nurse provide nursing assistance to the ambulatory programs of a division including management of patient flow, patient intake, and maintenance of clinic facilities. Employee will follow applicable policies and procedures in handling supplies, pharmaceuticals, and equipment.
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 1+ year pediatric nursing experience, preferred. Organizational skills.
Education/Licensure/Certifications: Completed licensed vocational nurse program. Current license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of California. Current AHA CPR card. IV certificate from the California state board and Phlebotomy certification preferred.
*The Cardiology Clinic LVN supports daily clinic operations and the coordination of patient care, including patient education, triage, medication management support, and interdisciplinary care coordination.*
Pay Scale Information
USD $58,822.40 - USD $78,416.00
