Assignment Details
• Start/end: Vital coverage begins October, could start earlier if privileges issue sooner; ongoing, full-time

• Schedule: 4x10s Mon-Thu 7a-5p (clinic closed 12-1 for lunch, unpaid); on call for established clinic patients 1-2 nights/week; shared weekend call pool (only a few weekends/year); beeper call, 20-min response

• Coverage type: Outpatient clinic and call (occasional inpatient weekend call)

• Volume: ~11 patients/shift; 17 beds

• Setting: Outpatient and inpatient, stroke certified

• Support: 15 RNs, 5 PA/NPs, 6+ office staff

• EMR: Epic

• Credentialing: 60-90 days


Clinical Details
• Required scope: Hematology/oncology clinic and call coverage for established Hem/Onc patients

• Preferred scope: Lymphoma and cell therapy experience a plus

• Rounds on assigned and unassigned patients


Requirements
• Board certified in Hematology/Oncology

• License: WA or IMLC

• BLS

• Active DEA


Compensation
• Rate caps apply per facility

• Malpractice provided
