Compensation
• Hourly: $130/hour
• Overtime: $160/hour
• Holiday: $190/hour
Schedule
• Standard Day Shift: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday Clinical Coverage
• Thursday May Be Designated as Administrative Time
• No Call
• Rounding Required
Patient Population / Volume
• Adult Patients
• Approximately 14-15 Patients Per Day
• Hematology and Medical Oncology Patients
Clinical Responsibilities
• Provide Outpatient Hematology and Medical Oncology Care
• Evaluate and Manage Adult Hematology / Oncology Patients
• Perform Patient Rounding
• Work 1:1 With a Medical Oncologist
• No Procedures Required
Clinical Environment / Support
• Provider Will Work 1:1 With a Medical Oncologist
• Outpatient Clinic Setting
• Epic EMR
Requirements
• Board Certified in Hematology / Oncology - Required
• At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in Hematology / Medical Oncology - Required
• Active Washington License in Hand at Time of Presentation - Required
• Candidates Requiring Licensure Will Not Be Accepted
• BLS - Required
• BLS Must Be From the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, as Applicable
• Epic Proficiency - Required
• COVID-19 Vaccination - Required, No Exemptions
Recent Clinical Activity Requirements
• Documentation of Hematology / Medical Oncology Clinical Activity From the Previous 24 Months - Required
• Clinical Activity Must Be Representative of the Scope and Complexity of the Privileges Requested
• Requirement May Be Waived for Applicants Who Completed Training During the Previous Year
