- Start: ASAP
- Hours: 7 am - 3 pm
- Call hours: 7 pm - 7 am
- Call Scheduled: OR and OB call
- Types of Cases Required: General, Ortho, ENDO, Podiatry. Must be proficient with Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals
- Number of ORs: 2
- Licensure Requirements: ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days
