Job Description

- Dates/Schedule: Start ASAC (120 day or less), Monday- Friday
- Length of Assignment: 6 months
- Shift Hours: M-F, 7 AM - 3 PM
- Call Ratio: No Call
- Case Mix: Regional Anesthetic blocks & nerve blocks
- # of Surgical Cases per day: 15
- # of OR's: 11
- Staffing Model: 4 Anesthesiologist's and 3 CRNA's
- Supervision and Ratio: Supervision
- Active License
- Credentialing Time Frame: Avg 12-days
- Certifications Required: ACLA, BLS
