LOCUM CRNA Assignment In Wadena, Minnesota

Job Description


- Specialty: CRNA
- Dates/Schedule: Start July 6 Ongoing
- Length of Assignment: Ongoing
- Shift Hours: 7 AM - 3 PM. Call 3 PM - 7 AM
- Call Ratio: Yes. Every 3rd night and 4th weekend.
- Case Mix: Gen, Ortho, Endo, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, Urology, ENT, Podiatry. Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient. TAP blocks, neuraxial blocks, peripheral blocks, IV blocks.
- # of Provider per day: 2
- # of OR's: 3
- Endo rooms: 1
- IT Room: 1
- Supervision and Ratio: All CRNA practice
- Active License
- Credentialing Time Frame: 60-90 days
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA
