- Open dates: August 10,11, 12, 17, 21, 25, 27,28, 31
- September: 1,3,4,11,14,15,18, 25, 28, 29.



- Shift Hours: 10's (will consider 8's)
- Call Ratio: No Call
- Case Mix: Ortho - Must do spinals
- # of OR's: 6
- Supervision and Ratio: 1:6. Should be comfortable working with high autonomy.
- Active License
