LOCUM CRNA Assignment In Norfolk, Virginia

Job Description


- Specialty: CRNA
- Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department. No trauma designation. 274 beds, includes an orthopedic Hospitail and preoperative services.
- Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC for 3 months with the option to extend. The schedule is Monday-Friday and all candidates must be open to assisting with call per the department's needs. 8-hour shifts are the norm.
- Case Mix: Adults required, pediatrics preferred. General, OB (provider MUST be proficient in epidurals/spinals - faciality is not able to reorient), complex vascular, complex ortho, vent management, and insertion of central and/or arterial line. No cardiac and no neuro required.
- Support Staff/Supervision: 1:3 or 1:4 supervision ratio
- Credentialing Time-Frame: 60-90 days
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NBCRNA
- Active VA License: REQUIRED in order to be presented
