Job Description

- Length of Assignment: 6 Months
- Shift Hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
- Call Ratio: No Call
- Case Mix: Bread & Butter, Ortho, Gen, Urology, Endoscopy
- # of Surgical Cases per year: 4,000/year
- Staffing Model: 5 Anesthesiologist's and 6 CRNA's. Specialty Back up available: Cardiology, Anesthesiology, Gen Sur, Gastro.
- Active License: Preferred
- Credentialing Time Frame: Avg time 3-6 months
- Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS
