LOCUM CRNA Assignment In Clinton, Iowa

Job Description


- Specialty: CRNA
- Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning as soon as credentialed, Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts
- Case Mix: General, Ortho, GI, Urology, ENT, OB. No Head/Heart. General, GI, and Ortho make up majority of cases
- # of OR's: 4 OR's, 1 GI Suite, 1 OB Suite. Typically, the volume is 50-55 cases per week.
- Staffing Mix/CRNA Supervision: CRNA's work independently
- Active IA License: Yes, active IA license or NLC required
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, & PALS. Will also require DEA and CSR.
- Credentialing Time-Frame: 30 days
