Interventional Radiology Opportunity in Macon, GA
If you are looking for a true IR role with meaningful case complexity and a clear partner-track pathway, this Central Georgia practice is worth a closer look. You will practice Interventional Radiology with a balanced 50% IR and 50% Diagnostic model, supported by dedicated APP coverage and remote DR reading days. This opportunity is based in Macon, Georgia, serving a multi-hospital regional system with 24/7 acute interventional coverage.

• Strong procedural volume and scope: Includes interventional oncology (TACE/Y-90 about 1 per month and growing; microwave and cryoablation about 8 to 10 per month), vertebroplasty/kyphoplasty (10 to 15 per month), renal ablation (8 per month), and high-volume biopsies and drainages (about 120 per month).
• Support and time off: 2 FTE APPs support consults and common procedures; PTO includes 8 weeks vacation on partner track and 9 weeks for partners, plus about 25 to 30 additional scheduled days off per year (total PTO about 12 to 13 weeks).
Candidate Requirements
• MD or DO.
• Board eligible or board certified in Interventional Radiology.
• Open to new graduates and experienced physicians.
• No visa sponsorship available.
