Interim Department Manager, Hospice

HCT seeks an experienced professional to serve as the Interim Department Manager of Hospice for a hospital in Central, CA

Responsibilities include:
• Strategic leadership and oversight of integrated patient care across all service settings.
• Executing strategies for care coordination, managing resources and improving patient outcomes for those with complex needs.
• Ensuring compliance and leading teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care throughout the continuum.
• Ensure day to day operations continue, Leadership in initiative implementation and continue employee engagement.

Requirements:
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor's Degee in Nursing (BSN) required
• Experience: Hospice expereince required; Nursing Leadership experince required
• License: State of CA RN
• Certifications: AHA BLS required
• Computer Skills: Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft Office suite (e.g., MS Word, MS PowerPoint, etc.) experience preferred.
