We are seeking a compassionate RN to join our Post-Surgical Inpatient Unit, primarily caring for orthopedic, spine, bariatric, and general surgery patients.

This role offers flexible evening shifts, either five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts.

Responsibilities Include

• Delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring patient safety
• Coordinating admissions and discharges
• Delegating assignments and managing medications and supplies
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, Hospitalists, Case Management, and Utilization Review

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN licensure in Idaho
• Preferred: prior nursing experience and BSN
• Required: BLS certification; ACLS within six months of employment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with others
• Knowledge of professional nursing standards and documentation requirements
