Job Description
VITAS Healthcare seeks a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate hospice care in patients' homes in Lenexa, KS. You will provide comfort, monitor symptoms, and coordinate with families to support a dignified end-of-life journey.
With an active RN license and at least two years of nursing experience, you’ll operate as part of an interdisciplinary team, visit multiple patients daily, and ensure high-quality, person-centered care in home settings.
