HCA HealthONE Aurora is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to support their busy inpatient palliative care hospital program in Aurora, Colorado. The ideal candidate will work relatively independently while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care. • HCA HealthONE Aurora is a 346-bed, level II trauma center, located in Aurora, Colorado, a suburb of Denver
• HCA HealthONE Aurora is part of the HCA HealthONE system, recognized as the #1 large healthcare system in the country by IBM Watson Health
• HCA HealthONE Aurora is comprised of four campuses and includes HCA HealthONE Spalding Rehabilitation, HCA HealthONE Mental Health and Wellness Center, and HCA HealthONE Centennial
• Robust service lines include spine, joint, CV, robotics & general surgery programs
• 11 Operating Rooms, 18 PreOP and 15 PACU Bays
Responsibilities
• Work relatively independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
• Work independently with RN and multidiscipline team support
• Navigate multiple hospital units and various relationships
Compensation
• $110,000 - $150,000 / year
• Additional compensation if engaged to provide call coverage services and/or administrative services when applicable
• Minimum base guarantee, sign on/commencement, quality incentive, and/or relocation bonuses may be contemplated in some circumstances
• Bonuses are awarded in exceptional circumstances only

• Monday-Friday, inpatient hospital position
Requirements
• Experience in Palliative Care preferred, but other inpatient experience taken into consideration
• Certification in hospice and palliative care preferred, but would support future certification for the right individual with experience
• Motivated, self-starter, with excellent critical thinking and communication skills
