Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Staff Physician in the Hematology/Oncology section to provide high-quality patient care, focusing on blood disorders and malignancies.
Key Responsibilities Include
• Leading diagnostic workups, treatments, and follow-up care within a multidisciplinary team
• Participating in educational programs for Hematology/Oncology and Internal Medicine, including didactic and bedside teaching
• Supervising medical students, residents, and fellows
• Engaging in clinical trials and scholarly research activities
• Adhering to quality standards and facilitating academic collaboration within the division
Qualifications
• MD with current medical license, board-certified or eligible in Hematology and/or Oncology
• Completion of Hematology/Oncology fellowship from an ACGME-accredited program (candidates in final fellowship year may apply)
• ABIM certification eligibility in Internal Medicine and Hematology/Oncology
• Strong interest and demonstrated excellence in teaching and research in Hematology or Oncology
Ideal candidates will have the potential for an academic appointment at the level of associate or full professor, based on their experience and scholarly record.
